History
The resort, at the time was the only one of its kind and we pride ourselves on being the pioneers of luxury resorts in Nepal. From an inspired idea and very humble beginnings, Vishnu Shrestha began the building of this resort in 1978. He purchased twenty acres of barren land and with serious commitment and lots of hard work over 20 years he slowly built rooms and established the stunning garden you see today. Along with the resort development, staff where also trained in hospitality and tourism and today we have some of the most professional staff in Nepal, ensuring that you will find Nepalese Hospitality at its best.
